A Trek to Remember *POSTPONED*

We are very sorry to say that we have made the heart breaking decision to postpone this year’s A Trek to Remember until September 2021. Many people who were signed up understandably felt anxious or unable to take part due to the coronavirus pandemic and the safety and concerns of Team Eve remain our top priority, we would like to thank all our participants for their patience and understanding during these difficult times.

We are working with Global Adventure Challenges and are in the process of organising next year’s A Trek to Remember, which will take place on Saturday 25th September 2021 across the stunning Yorkshire Three Peaks. If you would like to register your interest and join us in trekking to honour and remember all the women who have been affected by a gynaecological cancer, get in touch by emailing fundraising@eveappal.org.uk.

With so many activities and events being cancelled, our income has taken a big hit – income we normally would spend on keeping our Ask Eve cancer information service running and funding vital research. Less research being funded into the prevention and early diagnosis of gynaecological cancers will have a devastating impact on women for years to come. Making the decision to postpone A Trek to Remember has been that much harder knowing it is yet more funds that won’t be raised.

To continue our vital work, we need your support now more than ever. Join us this September during Gynaecological Cancer Awareness Month with one of the following activities:

  • Go Red Run – run, walk or jog 5k, 10k, half marathon or marathon on 13th September in your local area, garden or wherever suits you! Sign up here.
  • A Virtual Trek to Remember – take on your very own stair climb challenge and walk the distance of the Yorkshire Three Peaks at home or work. Sign up here.

Thank you so much for supporting The Eve Appeal.
