Self Care Summer

This summer hasn't been what any of us expected, but these unusual and unpredictable months are a great opportunity to take some time out to look after your own health and wellbeing.

At this time of year, talk often turns to diets and suntans and being ‘beach body ready’, but we’re here to talk about some meaningful changes you can make to help you know and love your body instead, and in turn reduce your risk of getting a gynaecological cancer. We have a series of four weekly emails running through August to help you know your body and take care of it, from exercise, improving your pelvic floor and diet through the menopause, sign up today to receive our Self Care Summer series.

If you’d also like to keep up-to-date on our research, awareness and fundraising activities through the main Eve Appeal e-newsletter, tick the box below. By ticking the box you will continue to hear from The Eve Appeal beyond the self-care summer campaign. You can change your preferences at any time.
