Gynaecology Cancer Research Fund (Trading as The Eve Appeal) is a charity registered in England and Wales (1091708) and Scotland (SC042612).
At The Eve Appeal, we start from a position of inclusion. We want everyone to know the signs, symptoms and risk factors around the five gynaecological cancers.
To shift the culture of embarrassment and stigma that often surrounds womb, ovarian, cervical, vulval and vaginal cancers – we know that this is an important conversation for everyone. Those affected directly by these cancers and those who love and care and about them. We want to make the conversation and accessing appropriate information easier for everyone.
Our focus is on driving medical research in prevention and early detection along with information provision. We recognise that gynaecological health presents specific challenges and that we will achieve more by working as collaboratively and inclusively as possible, ensuring that the diversity of lived experiences are represented in the information we provide.
Eve is here for everyone who is at risk of developing a gynaecological cancer – or who cares about someone who is affected. Prevention is at the heart of everything that we do and reducing health inequalities for all communities is key.
